École (students aged 3 to 10 years)

The “École Maternelle” welcomes children aged 2 years 7 months to 5 years 7 months from the “Petite Section” to the “Grande Section”.

It offers children the opportunity to evolve in a multicultural and multilingual environment, and allows them to realize, from an early age, that trilingualism (French, English and Arabic) is an essential communication tool.

Our pedagogical approach prioritizes expression in all its forms - Verbal, Physical, Artistic, and Emotional - while valuing each child, respecting their individuality, and fostering the development of their personality, autonomy, and skills. Our students are supported by a caring, qualified, and experienced educational team.

Learning includes hands-on methods, active approaches, and diverse techniques. Our teaching is centered around themes of everyday life, with nature at the core of discovery and learning. It is considered the most privileged educational medium through which children experience and explore the world, through the natural materials available to them in the classroom. To further enrich this learning experience, educational outings are organized in parallel with the themes explored in class, such as visits to farms, vegetable gardens, theaters, museums, and cinemas.

CPF Metn emphasizes the importance of parental involvement in the learning process. Parents have the opportunity to visit the school and lead activities for their child's class such as reading stories or preparing cooking recipes. Additionally, they are invited to attend various theatrical and artistic performances organized at throughout the year in celebration of festivals and special events.

Preschool premises are continuously renovated and upgraded to accommodate the growing number of students while maintaining small class sizes.

“The École Élémentaire” begins in “CP” and ends in “CM2”.

Lessons are structured by cycles (Cycles 2 and 3).

The "École Élémentaire" focuses on mastering languages - Arabic, English, and French (the language of instruction in both oral and written forms) - as well as developing a strong foundation in mathematics. These skills equip students with the essential tools for learning, ensuring their academic success and fostering their growth as independent and responsible citizens.

Educational initiatives, including Artistic and Cultural education programs, Citizenship programs, and Health programs, are carefully aligned with the School Strategic Plan and integrated into the teaching curriculum. These programs help students engage with their local community while fostering essential values such as respect, responsibility and tolerance.

Item1
We strive to develop well-rounded citizens through moral and civic education. Our approach is reinforced by projects that encourage the students to respect the environment, prioritize safety, and promote public health.
The teaching team engages in continuous professional development. Teachers participate in various professional training programs offered by the AEFE, based on their needs, to enhance their skills and innovate in their roles as educators. They place great importance on pedagogical differentiation to meet the diverse educational needs of all students.
